FillZ Maintenance Schedule - We've changed our maintenance schedule for the spring season and FillZ will now perform maintenance on a bi-weekly schedule. Maintenance will be scheduled every second Tuesday evening, typically between 8pm and 10pm PST. Please keep an eye on the FillZ forum for a more detailed post the Monday before maintenance and also for the red message on each page of your FillZ account on the day of maintenance.

Amazon - Amazon will soon be making a change to the Communication Manager, the system that facilitates e-mail communication between buyers and sellers in the Amazon marketplace. Amazon's intention is to increase the privacy and security of buyer-to-seller communication, resolve disputes faster and better, reduce A-Z claims, and eliminate unnecessary contacts during claims investigations. I sold an item and the order was marked N/A. Why is the item still active?

Please pay special attention to these orders as they could indicate a double sale, or a delay in time between order placement and order retrieval.

If the item is active and you'd like to ship it, please delete the listing manually.

CS Tip
I sell on Abebooks. How can I eliminate the risk of shipping unpaid orders?

Start by going to 'Settings' -> 'Marketplaces' -> 'Configuration for Abebooks.com'. Check the box next to 'Enable auto-confirmation on marketplace (when order moved to In Process)' and click 'Save'.

By activating this setting you will not be able to move an order to In Process status if the credit card was rejected.

If this setting is not activated or if you fail to move the order to In Process status before shipping, the orders will be confirmed a few hours after they are moved to Shipped status and you will not be immediately notified of credit card rejections.
